Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison develops and maintains relationships with physicians, Regional Centers, Special Needs organizations, Case management Department connected to Children Hospital and any other healthcare setting. They participate in activities with. care facilities and community services to coordinate patient transfers, provides outreach and education programs designed to advance the objectives of the Pediatric Subacute Specialty area. The Clinical Liaison educates and evaluate clinically the potential residents meet criteria. Assists with a variety of projects, reports, health fairs, internal and external events, and other tasks that support the goals and objectives of the department. Assists with hospital programs and services, promoting the subacute along with the acute hospital services.
