Is Business Development in a healthcare your passion? Landmark Hospitals in Missouri is expanding our territory and looking to add a team member to focus on larger markets including Springfield Missouri for referrals to our facilities in Columbia, Joplin, and Cape Girardeau. The ideal candidate will have Healthcare and Sales experience, with demonstrated abilities to build relationships with the referring hospitals in the area. You will use your passion for helping others by educating the community about our critical care services. Successful candidates will embody characteristics such as problem-solving, creativity, improvising & overcoming obstacles, persistence and solid organizational skills supporting an efficient sales process. This role has a base salary and is eligible for a performance bonus. Full medical, dental, vision, STD/LDT and other voluntary benefits are available. We offer PTO and 401K matching. What does a clinical liaison at Landmark Hospitals do? As a clinical liaison, you will implement strategies and creative tactics to meet revenue objectives in an increasingly complex market environment. Liaisons support our mission by addressing the comprehensive health needs of patients and families through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes. This position is responsible for proactively initiating new client partnerships and cultivating durable relationships with prospective clients while maintaining collaborative relationships with key referral sources. The successful Clinical Liaison will increase market share through research, referrals, networking and working the referral sources. They also perform clinical assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and provide education to referring partners on the services and benefits of LTACH placements and programs.
