Clinical Hospice Liaison

Requirements for a Clinical Hospice Liaison at Hillcrest: STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). Experience with hospice care required. Expert at relationship building. Formal education in communications, marketing or public relations preferred. At least two years of experience in sales/marketing based in healthcare. What are my responsibilities? Develop and maintain a referral development plan and weekly planner; implement account development strategies to secure market share within service area. Make external business development calls and visits in assigned territory as defined. Document daily marketing visits and information into CRM system within 24 hours of each visit. Prepare and conduct presentations representing Hillcrest. Communicate and gather of all needed customer data for all referrals and meeting with potential customer regarding admission to Hillcrest. Effective and timely after hours and weekend coverage for referral management. Knowledgeable of the financial/admission criteria while visiting potential customers to recommend appropriate options and care levels within the Hillcrest Health Services continuum.
