Provides day to day support of multiple EHRs (Electronic Health Records) Ensures routine workflows required for Interoperability are completed both timely and accurately. Trains new staff members on appropriate use of EHR(s). Demonstrates high use of communication skills, both verbally and written. Demonstrates high aptitude of critical thinking skills. Demonstrates high familiarity with Computer Systems: limited to basic technical troubleshooting and ease of operation. Demonstrates self-critical skills to further skillset and improvement. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Models behavior as exemplified in the HCMC Operating Mission Statement which reflects commitment to the continuous improvement process. Available on-call as required by position Qualifications EDUCATION & TRAINING: Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrates high critical thinking skills. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience. LPN Preferred.
