The Specialized Clinical Educator will support clinical staff in the implementation of curriculum instruction and in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. They will demonstrate a commitment to the program and a willingness to remain flexible. The Specialized Clinical Educator will maintain a commitment to professional growth and competency to exhibit positive behavior towards clients, parents, and staff. They will model appropriate social cues and milieu/group participation and facilitate clients to do the same. In addition, they will perform supervisory and technical duties as assigned and be responsive to issues presented in supervision.

- Bachelors degree; significant experience working with emotionally/behaviorally disturbed adults preferred
- Interface with patients
- Learn DBT/CBT/MBT skills and basic treatment concepts
