Clinical Director

Clinical Director Location: Marshville, NC, 28103 We are now accepting applications for the role of Clinical Director. Anderson Health Services is seeking an innovative Clinical Director take ownership of offering clinical leadership, setting policy direction, and guiding the development of therapy-based services within ambulatory and acute care spaces. The position will provide individual and group therapy sessions to help youth heal from their traumatic experiences. Anderson Health Services is launching mental and behavioral health programs to provide 24/7 emotional support to clients with a history of complex trauma. Everyone is dedicated to offering high quality, culturally sensitive care to adolescents in need of emotional help and support. The Clinical Director at Anderson Health Services is expected to: Provide developmentally appropriate therapy to youth and adolescents. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individualized treatment plans for youth. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Nursing and Case Management. Display competence and responsiveness to cultural differences. Educational Requirements Master's in psychology required. 3 years of demonstrated success as a leader with administrative management and clinical supervisory experience required. License/Certification All eligible candidates must have one of the following licenses in North Carolina. LCMHC or LCMHC-A LCSW or LCSW-A LMFT or LMFT-A Additional Requirements Must be 21 years and older and have a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to demonstrate effective self-regulation strategies. Must be coachable and willing to learn. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
