Grand Rising Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Director for their Mental Health Treatment Program in Dedham, MA for adults (18+).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
- License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, and/ or similar licensure).
- 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required.
- ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
- 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with startup organizations is preferred.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
