Clinical Analyst/Informatacist

Clinical Analyst/Informatacist Full-time position working under the direction of Director of Outpatient Services, assisting and supporting the information systems at Clay County Medical Center and Rural Health Clinics. Working with the team, in various departments, to determine optimal work and information flow, troubleshoot and escalate problems or issues, when necessary, related to EHR and other clinical applications. Regular rounding and open communication with all departments throughout the organization will be expected. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience with computer applications. Minimum of 2 years clinical or financial experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required and Cerner software applications preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management and negotiation skills to work as an effective team member. Must be self-directed, have the ability to prioritize and be solution focused using quality improvement methodologies such as streamlining processes. EDUCATION: Preferred: Associate or Bachelors - Field of Practice Post-Offer drug screen, physical and background check required.
