The nurse develops and implements protocols and care plans and maintains medical records related to employee health. The Clinic nurse will be responsible for the below duties: Assess employee health needs related to workplace immunity and vaccination Maintain health records related to employee health protocols Manage blood and communicable disease exposures Demonstrate accountability for and contribution to protocol development, quality improvement, and problems solving Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with CoxHealth values Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and blood draws Job Requirements Education
•  Required: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Experience
•  Preferred: Previous nursing experience and phlebotomy skills Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Proficient computer skills Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration LPN license active in the state of Missouri BLS must be obtained within 90 days
