Boost Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has 7 clinics across the Kansas City Metro area and we are continuing to grow. The Boost PT team provides the best individualized patient care in the Kansas City Metro area.

We are looking for a Full-Time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage for our Blue Springs/Grain Valley, MO. location. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Compensation starts at $77k (based on experience level) with ability to earn more through bonuses.

Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
