The role of the Client Success Partner (CSP) is at the account level and therefore requires they work across all Flywheel services and products to deliver exceptional service for our clients. Candidates should have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Digital Commerce space and the ability to create strong, trusted relationships with our client partners. Interest in technology and the ability to learn new tools is incredibly helpful. In addition, it is preferred candidates have experience or evidence to demonstrate the ability to understand a client's needs and identify a solution including a point of view on how the commercials would be architected.

What you'll do:
  • Work across 1-3 key accounts within the Partnership Acceleration team
  • Provide thought leadership on governance structures and engagement frameworks for each of your clients to stabilise and maintain customer health
  • Oversight across cross-functional partners to ensure best practices are deployed in all functions touching the client
  • Identify, share and facilitate client communication best practices including: meeting cadence, agendas, participants, capturing follow ups and ensuring follow through post
  • Identify issues, risks, gaps and opportunities, help develop a solution and ensure the solution is effectively implemented
  • Monitor and report on client health including our compliance to KPIs and SLAs
  • Clearly document client expectations and success criteria across all interactions to ensure alignment and ultimately success
  • Advocate internally on behalf of your clients
  • Partner with the Commercial Lead and broader commercial teams during renewals, RFPs, upsells, cross sells, etc. and identify sales opportunities across existing or new services and products
  • Maintain awareness of the commercial agreements and drive proactive management of deliverables and maintenance of commercial documentation, in partnership with the Commercial Director
  • Effectively communicate with the account teams, and Flywheel and Omnicom leadership (where applicable) to gain buy in and remove barriers
  • Together with the Account Lead(s) build strong and sticky connections with clients from the managers to the c-suite and everyone in between
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the full range of Flywheel Digital Commerce capabilities and build rapport across the organization with your colleagues
  • Serve as project lead, when applicable, to drive creation of new processes, tools or services to meet the evolving needs of our clients

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Familiarity with a broad range of Digital Commerce topics and a curiosity to continue learning
  • Experience, comfort and excitement at being a change agent including influencing the organization at all levels
  • Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity
  • Bias for action with a scrappy willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to persist and get the job done

Salary Range

$110,000 - $150,000 USD

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team.
