Join the P&J team today and become a valued member of our company Overview: Phillips & Jordan is seeking a Client Manager to foster strong relationships with our mining client, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction for both parties. This person will serve as the main point of contact, collaborate with internal teams, and drive solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Build and maintain lasting connections with the mining client, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, identify upselling opportunities, and develop strategic account plans. Advocacy: Represent client interests internally, providing feedback for product/service improvement. Contract Management: Handle contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring obligations are met. Performance Monitoring: Track client satisfaction and revenue growth, driving improvement actions. Market Insight: Stay informed about mining industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs. Qualifications: 10 years in client management or business development within the mining industry. Engineering, Mining, or Construction Management degree preferred. Ability to be on site full time. Proven ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
