Client Liaison

The client liaison will be responsible for ensuring the complete satisfaction of clients by attending to their needs and addressing their complaints. They must develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with clients, brokers, third parties, and other stakeholders. In addition, they will respond to client inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Excellent communication skills are a must. Qualified candidates will be adaptable, quick thinkers who are also fast learners.
