Client Engagement Associate
On site role-Edwards, CO
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle via email, phone, online chat, etc.
- Collaborate with team members on all communication to ensure consistency in messaging and approach; adjusting standard procedures as needed.
- Maintain the company's CRM database with all client and deal information.
- Respond to inquiries regarding all services
- Assist senior team members in the deal flow process by validating information and screening applications.
- Collaborate with the external Tech Development team on continuous improvement of both the front and back ends of the client portal.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate with clients on behalf of the company.
- Proven experience in client facing roles. Collection experience is preferred.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in, or working knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
