Clerical CNA Preoperative Clinic

POSITION SUMMARY: Clerical Certified Nursing Assistant in the Pre-Operative Clinic provides clerical and nursing support duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the Pre-Operative Clinic. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs, and preparing patients for examination. REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED One years experience in a Healthcare setting Certified Nursing Assistant Licensure from the State of Alaska. BLSP(CPR) Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately. Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Basic computer and keyboarding skills with a working knowledge of some common computer programs.
