Job DetailsAbout the Role
The Clerical Administrator is an integral part of the team coordinating the orders and transportation of vehicles. This
person will have excellent time management and organizational skills, detail orientated and be able to multi-task in a
fast-moving environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with dealership on the delivery of vehicles
- Track location of vehicles to ensure arrival at dealership
- Make outbounds calls to clients to set-up delivery date and time
- Order vehicles timely and with accuracy
- Set up and track transportation logistics
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and experience using Outlook, Adobe, Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks
- Customer Service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask while retaining high attention to detail
