Restoration Cleanup Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do) Clean building and keep it maintained / in good condition
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Clean and stock restrooms
Lock doors after hours
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
Perform minor repairs
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs
Collect and take out trash
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary
Restoration Cleanup Shift Info Restoration Cleanup Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Capacity to take direction
Strong attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
Restoration Cleanup experience preferred
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
