As a Bus Driver at University Retirement Community, you'll provide transportation and parking services for our 200+ residents. You'll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you're making an impact on someone's life every day.

What You Offer?

Possess a valid California Commercial Class B Driver License with passenger endorsement over 24
Have at least 3 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle and driving passengers
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
First Aid and CPR certification
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Strong desire to work with seniors

What You'll Do:

Coordinate vehicle schedules for residents.
Drive vehicles to transport residents and guests on campus and to and from surrounding areas.
Inspect vehicles to check for any malfunctions or deficiencies and perform minor preventative maintenance & service on vehicles.
Maintain the upkeep of vehicles including washing vehicles, cleaning interior, and keeping vehicles fueled.
Complete set ups on time for events, activities and other programs as needed.
