Job Description

The P&D Driver's main responsibilities are timely pickups and deliveries to customers. The P&D Driver will stay within a 100-mile radius of the home Terminal. Each Driver is assigned a route/territory and will start the day with Deliveries and end the day with pickups. Freight is primarily unloaded by the customer on a dock, but the Driver is responsible for getting invoices signed at each stop and to unload the freight by pallet jack if the customer is unable to do so. Pallet Jacks are assigned to Drivers and company paid. The P&D Driver will operate only 48-53 ft Dry van Trailers.

Schedule:

• Guaranteed Home Daily
• Monday - Friday work week
• No Weekends
• Consistent year-round hours (Average between 45-55/week depending on route)
• Same Start Time Daily (8 am or 9 am depending on route) -

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 5 years
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a Class A CDL
• Driving history of no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire
• Able to Lift 75 pounds
