Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am start, some Saturdays

Duties of the class A dump truck driver: - Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices, ensuring DOT compliance.
- Confirm cargo and delivery destination for accurate placement.
- Transport product while adhering to DOT regulations and establishing optimal routes.
- Utilize proper PPE and safety protocols consistently.
- Safely unload materials using approved methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure good operating condition of assigned truck.
- Receive work assignments and report completion to dispatcher.
- Operate truck according to policies and procedures, prioritizing safety.
- Take proactive measures to avoid potential hazards and obstructions.
- Complete daily walk-around inspections, reporting equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow workers to ensure safety and productivity.
- Perform light truck maintenance tasks such as oils, greasing, and potential tire changes.
Requirementsof the class A dump truck driver: - Prior dump truck driving experience with Tri and Quint
- Class A License preferred, but Class B is acceptable
- Valid medical DOT card
- Pass all pre-hire screenings
- Ability to drive both auto and manual transmissions
