Elkan Energy Services is a leading freshwater transmission and distribution company serving the energy industry in western North Dakota. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. You will safely and efficiently drive a large commercial vehicle to deliver cargo and equipment to various sites in western North Dakota. Drivers must be safety-conscious with an accident free record. All safety regulations and standards regarding size, weight, and break periods must be followed.
Requirements - Class A CDL Driver
- Class B Hazmat Certification (desirable)
- Clean driving record
- Complete and verify logs and paperwork for accuracy
- Experience with semi-trailer truck, flatbed, lowboy, and tanker trailer
- Safe loading and unloading
- Promote safety in all operations
- Able to pass random drug tests
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years
- Listening and verbal communication skills
- Dependable
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after travel
- Service, maintain and troubleshoot small issues as needed
- Listening and verbal communication skills - and reporting any issues with supervisors
