Benefits:
- Average OTR drivers earning $72,000+ per year.
- OTR guaranteed pay: $900/week for first 3 months; $950/week after that until 1 year mark; $1,000/week after that.
- Dedicated guaranteed pay: $1,050-$1,175/week based on working 5 consecutive days
