LPA is seeking a passionate Civil Project Manager to lead in the design and management and be a member of our integrated team of engineers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a member of our civil engineering team,you will work on a broad range of projects from office, education and recreation buildings to complex laboratories, health care facilities, and performing arts centers. This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to manage and communicate with project team members, project staff, and our valued Clients.

Civil Project Manager Experience:
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering required
    • 10+ years of technical experience in all phases of civil engineering projects
    • Professional Engineering license required

Civil Project Manager Requirements:
    • Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D is required
    • Strong technical knowledge and overseeing successful delivery of projects that include site design, grading, accessibility, drainage, wet utilities, and storm water management.
    • Familiarity with local agencies and understanding of the permitting process.
    • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
    • Demonstrated successful working relationships with Clients.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage civil design projects.

Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for leading, planning, and project development for the success of the overall project.
    • Interaction with internal team members and clients to ensurea successful project and a satisfied Client.
    • Manage the documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.
    • Supervise and mentor designers and project engineers.
    • Active in professional organizations

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $170,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
