Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details- Regulatory Compliance:
- Analyze Zoning, Subdivision, and Land Development ordinances to ensure compliance.
- Interpret and adhere to Stormwater Management Ordinances.
- Design and Drafting:
- Produce feasibility sketches, site designs, and construction drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive site design and detailed drawings for civil-related improvements, covering site layout, grading, sanitary and utility layout, landscape plans, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management systems.
- Client Collaboration:
- Determine clients' project requirements and goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and regulations.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate civil design plans with input from other project disciplines.
- Calculations and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of Stormwater Management, Erosion Control, and other design calculations and reports.
- Project Support:
- Assist project managers and engineers in scheduling, analyze design tasks, and contribute to budget management
