Job Details

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution of projects by providing administrative and organizational assistance. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and ensure effective communication between project teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation for projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress to relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address project-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Support the identification and management of project risks.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management etc
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years
