Job Details- Experience in reviewing extensive discovery materials, conducting depositions, managing motions practice, handling arbitrations, and representing clients in jury trials.
- Mandatory admission to the Texas State Bar.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Experience with Civil defense cases, including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.
