Job DetailsRequirements:
- Should have one to three (1-3) years of civil litigation experience with defense experience strongly preferred
- Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Must have experience handling general discovery responses including attending depositions and motion hearings
- Trial experience is a plus
