Job Description- Lead team of engineers, designers, and technicians on multiple projects for private or public clients (depending on the position)
- Manage the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects
- Supervise and mentor team members
- Partner with senior staff in maintaining and developing client relationships
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered PE in one of the following states: Texas, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, or Florida.
- 7+ years of consulting experience in one of the following disciplines: Land/Site Development, Public Works, Transportation, or Environmental Services
- Previous project management experience
- Working knowledge of CAD Design tools and other software necessary to provide services (drafting, modeling, and mapping)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
