Civil Engineer Technician

Job Description

As an entry level Civil Technician, we will train you for the day-to-day activities to include:

Drive a company vehicle to construction civil engineering job sites and document civil engineering construction activities into a daily log.

Review permit applications for rule compliance.

Assist Civil Engineers with plan specifications and estimates.

Operate electronic survey instruments such as GPS and Total Station.Collect topographic survey data using survey instruments.

Assist Civil Engineers in setting construction stakes for construction projects.

Communicate with construction contractors and the project manager regarding the construction activities.
