Job Description

A growing civil commercial construction company is seeking a proven Project Manager. They are looking for someone with experience on wet/dry utilities, asphalt, concrete, DOT or grading/excavating, GROUND DOWN work experience. This role is in office but all local work. This company is well known for their high Values, GREAT company culture and NEW construction technologies.

Requirements For Civil Project Manager

• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction
• Heavy civil construction experience (GROUND DOWN)
• West/dry utilities
• Good documentation skills
• Proactive in solving issues quickly.
• Timely and Organized
• Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering, but Construction Management will be considered.

Responsibilities for Civil Project Manager

• Work well with all other team members.
• Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members
• Prepare Project Production Schedules
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job.
