NTT DATA's Client's Network Reliability team is seeking an individual to join their team as a Cisco Wireless Solutions Specialist. The role involves working on network-related projects, with a focus on the following topics:

Wireless Access Point Migration Strategy and Execution

Assist in executing the Wireless Migration Plan for embedded base access points to new Flex 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).

Analyze the differences between the embedded inventory of Access Points when migrating to the new 9800 WLCs.

Wireless Configuration and Troubleshooting Knowledge

Leverage Cisco Wireless knowledge for configuration and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Cisco AP models such as the 2700 and 2800 series, as well as controllers (e.g., 5500 series and 9800 series).

Technology Lifecycle Management Analysis

Contribute to analyzing the lifecycle of network technologies and recommend improvements.

Cisco DNAC Implementation and Use

Help build and maintain the Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) platform.

Perform daily duties using DNAC.

Thousand Eyes Platform

Familiarity with the Thousand Eyes Platform, specifically related to Endpoint and Enterprise Agent Deployments.

Assist in building and maintaining the Thousand Eyes infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

Cisco Wireless Configuration and Troubleshooting:

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Wireless solutions.

Knowledge of Cisco AP models (e.g., 2700, 2800) and controllers (5500 series, 9800 series).

Technology Lifecycle Management Analysis:

Ability to assess technology lifecycles and make informed recommendations.

Cisco DNAC Usage:

Experience using Cisco DNA Center for network management tasks.

Thousand Eyes Platform:

Familiarity with the Thousand Eyes monitoring platform, particularly related to Endpoint and Enterprise Agent Deployments.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $40.00/hr. TO $53.00/hr This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
