MCS is hiring for a Cisco VOIP Administrator at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. The Cisco VOIP Administrator must demonstrate the ability to administer, maintain, patch, STIG, upgrade, and program the Government-furnished Cisco Unified Communications Manager suite. The Cisco VOIP Administrator will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. It is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulations. Typical duties include:

• Configuring and supporting Voice, Video, Network, and Unified Communication technologies.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of various collaboration solutions including hardware/software support, training, and special projects; plans, designs, and implementing network data connectivity.

• Supporting Cisco Unified Communication products, Contact Center Express, and Unity Connection.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software.

• Analyzing and troubleshooting the logs and tracking the nature and resolution of problems.
• Monitoring usage to ensure the security of data and access privileges.

• Creating and maintaining proper technical documentation.

• Providing emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.

• Communicating with customers, peers, team, and managers regarding incident and change management. Required:
Clearance Requirements: Secret
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Certification Requirements: CCNP (Voice/Collaboration Preferred) Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience maintaining, utilizing, and troubleshooting following Cisco UC Products (Required).

• Cisco Unified Communication Manager

• Cisco Unified Communication Manager

• Cisco Unity Connection

• Cisco Contact Center Express

• Cisco IM & Presence

• Voice Gateway configuration

• Voice Protocol - H323/SIP/MGCP

• 1+ years' experience maintaining, utilizing, and troubleshooting Cisco Telepresence Platforms (Preferred)

• 1+ years' experience maintaining, utilizing, and troubleshooting Cisco Network Platforms (Preferred)

• Basic Knowledge of VMware Virtualization platforms (Preferred)
