DESCRIPTION Position: Chinese Publicly Available Information (PAI) Research & Translation (language enabled) Location: Suitland, MD Clearance: TS/SCI Job Description Mission Essential is seeking a language enabled analyst to translate and perform dedicated discovery and collection against foreign language publicly available information (PAI). The contractor shall perform translation, dedicated discovery, and collection against foreign-language PAI EDT of strategic significance. The contractor shall focus specifically on S&T topics and associated document translation, as prioritized by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). PAI may include academic papers, patents, blog posts, stand-alone graphics, conference/symposium materials and other information available on the internet. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: Demonstrate the ability to read, understand, and translate scientific and technical lexicon. Maintain language proficiency scores that include at least a 2 . 0 in/on t he lnteragency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale for reading Chinese Mandarin language . Possess cle ar w r i tten and oral communication skills .
