Childcare Director-in-Training Spartanburg

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director-in-Training to support our schools in the Spartanburg area. This position will equip you to step into a Center Director role in the future. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.

Pay range: $16-$19/hour, based on experience, education, and credentials.

Job Responsibilities:

Working in conjunction with a training director, help oversee the daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.

Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.

Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments.

Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in childcare management.

Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
