About the Child Psychiatrist role:
Hours/call: Psych - Less than 30 hours per week
Average of patients seen per day: 1 to 2 sessions per week
Currently Waltham: 3 MDs, 2 PAs, 3 NPs (not counting per diems); Bighton, currently one MD. 2 PAs, 3 NPs
Salary Depends on years of experience. We are currently adjusting our salary ranges. We do have a provider bonus structure that we are finalizing and employee may have the opportunity to received up to $20k for the year in addition to their salary.
