Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE) Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA). Masters preferred. Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. Must have CPR certification. TNCC preferred. Certification in related field preferred. Three years nursing critical care experience. Experience in pediatrics or case management preferred. Must be able to handle multiple tasks be organized and coordinate events and follow-ups. Must be able to work within the hospital and physician offices. Experienced in data collection and abstracting preferred. Continuous Quality Improvement Philosophy. Computer experience required. Recent experience and proficiency in Microsoft office products. Completion of hospital general orientation and unit specific orientation is provided and required. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be able to handle a constantly changing environment in order to meet the needs of the patients.
