View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Schedule Details (Subject to change based on the needs of the program.) 1 Position Available, 30 hours per week, 180 work days per year, Monday - Friday: 6:30 am to 1 pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch) 1 Position Available, 32.5 hours per week, 180 work days per year, Monday - Friday: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch) 1 Position Available, 32.5 hours per week, 180 work days per year, Monday - Friday: 11:30 am to 6:30 pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS/ATTACHMENTS: Two (2) letters of recommendation, which must be current. Letters from relatives are not acceptable. Copy of college transcripts showing completion of 6 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development. High School Diploma or Equivalent. CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Pursuant to Senate Bill No. 792, an offer of employment in this classification is contingent upon providing verification of immunization against influenza, pertussis, and measles. An offer of employment in this classification is contingent upon showing proof of a valid First Aid/CPR card. CPR/First Aid cards must be obtained from an authorized American Heart Association (AHA) training center (e.g. American Red Cross, NSC, AHA, or third party). Cards obtained through an online course will not be accepted. REQUIREMENTS: Pass the District Instructional Aide Test and any combination of written, oral, and performance tests which may be administered to secure the best-qualified applicants. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have completed 6 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All application materials for each applicant will be evaluated by a screening committee. A combination of written, oral, and performance tests may be administered to secure the best-qualified applicants. Those who are deemed best qualified will be scheduled for an interview.
