Child Care Director

Degree in Early Childhood/Child Development preferred. Must be able to lead a team in providing an environment that is welcoming, nurturing and safe for the physical, emotional and social well-being of all children. Promotes staff development and training to provide a variety of learning reflective to the ages, interests and abilities of each child. Provides for children's language and literacy skill development. Maintains organization and scheduling of the program and keeps open communication with families. Benefits based on eligibility
