No nights, weekends, or holidays
No call
Ability to collaborate with patient s primary care provider
Surrounded by a staff focused on behavioral health, including behavioral health schedulers
Provider can work with area schools, if preferred
Patient panel can include adults, if preferred
Tele-health options available
