Position

As our CRO, you'll be the architect of our organizational revenue. You'll maximize revenue generation, propel sales, and ignite organizational growth. This role is equal parts visionary and execution. Specifics include:

Revenue Strategy and Execution

  • Craft a revenue strategy that aligns with our mission and goals.
  • Innovate, analyze, and position the organization for growth.

Sales and Marketing Leadership

  • Conduct the orchestra of membership recruiting, industry supplier relations, marketing, and learning & development and research sales.
  • Coach, inspire, and reward and recognize our sales professionals.
  • Execute marketing strategy.
  • Integrate our revenue tech stack (Salesforce, CRM, digital channels, and customer data platforms).

Business Development

  • Hunt down new business opportunities.
  • Expand our footprint and diversify our revenue streams.
  • Upsell and cross-sell and increase member acquisition and retention.
  • Keep an eye on market trends.

Customer Relationships

  • Build bridges with members (and vendors).
  • Understand their needs, sprinkle tailored solutions, and serve exceptional customer experiences.
  • Make sure our products and services hit the bullseye.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across the ASA.
  • Seamlessly sync sales efforts across the organization.
  • Ensure our digital channels highlight "ASA excellence."

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Utilize data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities and make informed decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in revenue-focused leadership roles (a plus if you have familiarity with the staffing and talent solutions industry).
