Fortune is searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our senior leaders on our Live Media Team. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify/spearhead key ad-hoc strategicprojects; define and research new ideas +business opportunities, providing decision-support through data gathering, infoanalyzing, + presenting considerations tostakeholders.
  • Spearhead budget planning process,creation of monthly/ quarterly materials,leading Q biz reviews, and managing P&L
  • Collaborate to document key strategicinitiatives for the MD and broader GTM teamaligned to the company'spriorities.
  • Support creation of updates, pitch decks,speeches, conference submissions, andpresentations on behalf of theMD.
  • Track high priority initiatives, identify + solveobstacles, cascading communications toensure total alignment, ensuringcollaboration from multiple teams/areaswithinco.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and confidant toexec; Act as aproxy
  • Act as a thought partner

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role
  • Familiarity with productivity (e.g. Microsoft Office, Slack) & event management software: project management (e.g. Asana)
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
