TheChief of Staffwill act as an essential bridge between the CEO and the organization's diverse departments, driving strategic initiatives and guaranteeing the fulfillment of the CEO's key priorities throughout the agency. Serving as a pivotal strategic advisor, the Chief of Staff amplifies the CEO's impact and the senior leadership team's effectiveness, facilitating streamlined decision-making and the implementation of critical projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include(but are not limited to):
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and the successful execution of strategic priorities.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, working closely with department heads and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate senior leadership meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress towards objectives.
- Analyze and present data to support decision-making, including market trends, operational efficiencies, and other key performance indicators relevant to all business products.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing commitments to ensure that time is focused on critical areas that drive organizational success.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Pay Range:
$180K - $220K annually
