Beacon Hill is currently assisting our client, a nationally recognized leader in health care, connect with qualified candidates for multiple Chief of Staff positions located in Atlanta, GA. The selected candidates will be the service line managers administrators for their divisions. They will be working with clinical staff day-to-day in clinic operations, physician leaders and driving up to C-level. These consultants will be high performers and leaders in strategy, analytics and people management. The hospital network they will be a part of is on the cutting edge of health care in premier care and technology supporting their patients and community. Each of these positions will be on-site and begin as a Contract-to-Hire process for 90 days.
Day-to-Day:
- Practice Operations: staffing, resources, patient throughput, reporting and operational issues, expansion projects, information management, and changes in technology, operational policy and procedures
- People: build relationships with key stakeholders, positive working relationships and environment, manage communication across division/practice, participate in strategic planning
- Finance: Assess, identify, and implement opportunities for additional gains in access, quality, revenue, and expense control. forecasting, capitol budgets, fundraiser, business development and expansion
- Staff Management: management of team, mentoring and developing, encouraging professional growth and education, seeking and providing opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements: Friendly, proactive, self-starter requiring minimal direction
- Strategic thinker, Analytical processor to solve complex problems
- Strong knowledge of the health care industry across multiple practices and functions
- Communications- building relationships with all levels in organization
- Human relations and people management
- Demonstrated experience in various systems,/software/technology components
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related (Required)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related (Preferred)
- Good command of principles of financial analysis, accounting, strategic planning, physician practice operations, and health care information systems.
