• Chief of Pediatrics
• Oversee current team of providers, while also seeing own patient panel.
• 75% clinical, 25% admin
• Outpatient, 24 Clinical hours per week
• $360,000+ Income Potential (300K guaranteed in year 1)
• Base Salary of $240K
• Quality Bonus of up to $40K
