When you join us as a Chief MRI Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Addresses the concerns of MRI reading radiologist regarding tech related issue. Trains staff on RadNet MR scanning policies Ensuring the integrity of the Radnet MRI scanning policies and protocols QA check of MRI machine, patient protection accessories (pads, emergency button, sound, etc) and software Oversees the clinical quality assurance and control procedures of MRI techs Ensures that the MRI techs are and remained adequately trained for routine MRI Ensures that MR techs follow appropriate policies and protocols, including tech training and management as well as associated paperwork Manage and train techs regarding MRI guided procedures and biopsies. Provide and direct continuing learning opportunities for the techs Conducts site visit review to applicable Radnet MRI depts., to delineate policy, procedures and to improve work flow and streamline MRI related operations Assists centers in the submission of clinical cases for ACR accreditation Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of new MRI techs Works with the QA Compliance Department to ensure MRI ops remain compliant If You Are: Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Must have current (MRI) certification with State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology. Must have experience working in a high-volume setting. Must be well seasoned with 5+ years leadership experience. Requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have BLS/CPR certification. Shift Mornings
