We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Permanent Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our innovative team in the scientific industry. This executive-level position will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical and clinical strategy of our organization. The CMO will lead the development and execution of clinical trials, particularly those involving Phase 2 and Phase 3, and will be instrumental in advancing our research and development efforts in Alzheimer's Disease and other neurological disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical science, clinical trials, and leadership, coupled with a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for all clinical development activities, including the design and implementation of Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials.
2. Oversee the medical and scientific credibility of the organization, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
3. Lead the development of clinical development plans for Alzheimer's Disease and other neurological disorders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials, including data analysis, interpretation, and communication of results.
5. Provide medical expertise in interactions with regulatory agencies, advisory committees, and external partners.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting scientific excellence and a patient-focused approach.
7. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical science and technology, integrating relevant findings into the organization's clinical development strategy.

Qualifications:

1. MD or equivalent degree with specialization in Neurology, Psychiatry, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
3. Proven track record of leading the successful design and execution of Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials.
4. Deep understanding of Alzheimer's Disease and other neurological disorders, with a demonstrated ability to translate scientific research into clinical development strategies.
5. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to clinical trials and drug development.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical and scientific information to a variety of audiences.
8. Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and patient safety.
