We are hiring a new physician/Chief Medical Officer?

Replacing a family practice physician and to address the growing demand for health care services at our
busiest office.

The current providers among all practice locations
2 FTE Family Practice Board Certified
2.7 FTE Pediatricians Board Certified
2.6 FTE Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
3.2 FTE Family Nurse Practitioners

Clinical Support: RN Supervisor, LPN, Medical Assistant, Health Information Technician and Patient

Service Representative. Also on staff are a Care Coordinator and Population Health Specialist.

Practice Information:
Family Office Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 8-5, and Wed, 9:30-6:30
Pediatric Office Hours: Mon Thursday 8am 7pm; Sunday and Saturday 8 am 12 pm

Future Plans: Expand evening hours and begin Saturday hours at the Georgetown location

Practice Locations: Georgetown city, Sampit/North Santee, Choppee located in rural area in
Georgetown, Andrews and our Main site in McClellanville, SC. (recruiting for Grorgetown and
Sampit/North Santee).

Service Area: Mostly rural Georgetown County.

Single-Specialty Group: Yes, Family Practice and Pediatric; willing to start prenatal care

Expected number of patient office visits per physician daily: 20 - 22
Average number of hospitalized patients per physician daily: N/A
Average number of surgeries per physician daily: N/A

Describe your call schedule: Weekly, phone only, call volume is very light
Hospital Privileges: N/A
Work week: 4-1/2 to 5 days
Benefits:
Paid Vacation/Sick time/Personal (PTO):
3 weeks based on work week
CME: 1 work week and $3,000 expense allowance
Administrative Time: 24 hours per week
