Chief Marketing Officer We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive the overall marketing strategy for our organization. The Chief Marketing Officer will be a key member of the executive team dedicated to cultivating Assetâs internal and external brand as the company scales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategy, corporate communications, and events that align with the company's goals and objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to ensure the organization remains innovative and competitive Evolve and strengthen the Asset brand as the company enters new markets and establishes new verticals Corporate Marketing: Lead the development and implementation of corporate marketing programs to enhance the company's image and market presence Oversee branding and creative strategy, including the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials Mature Assetâs digital marketing capabilities through the optimization of audience segmentation, data analysis and management, content, paid advertising, conversion rate, social media, mobile, and email marketing Drive excellence in reputation management across all channels and industry platforms Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints Oversee successful utilization of CRM platform and additional marketing technologies Corporate Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, investors, and employees Establish and iterate on communication rhythms that ensure internal alignment between leadership, corporate employees, and property employees Craft compelling narratives that highlight the company's values, achievements, and innovations Manage crisis communication and issues management, ensuring a proactive and transparent approach Drive relationships with external media and analyst partners Corporate Events: Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from concept to post-event evaluation Evaluate the success of events through key performance indicators and metrics Marketing Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Leverage internal and external resources to ensure effectiveness in the analysis of competitive intelligence, market research, and client segmentation Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the ROI of marketing activities Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and resource allocation Education & Experience Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role Proven leadership experience in an internal or external agency setting Proven experience partnering closely with Sales Leadership in crafting content and outreach strategies Strong background in cross-channel marketing strategy, marketing execution, corporate communications, and event management Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness and revenue growth Experienced in brand strategy development, including offering creation or brand tiering Excellent leadership and team management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Marketing or sales leadership experience in the Property Management industry or in a related B2B services industry This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
