Chief Financial Officer

Provide strategic leadership for Sergio Tecchini's financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, credit, tax, and treasury; design and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives, particularly within the sportswear market; oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, principles, and international financial reporting standards; direct financial planning and structure for the company, incorporating rigorous market analysis to support expansion and investment in the sportswear industry; lead the analysis of complex financial data and provide accurate and detailed reports to inform decision-making at the executive level; evaluate and optimize financial operations and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the highest standards of internal control and compliance; drive continuous improvement of the financial reporting systems to provide critical financial and operational information, including key performance indicators and industry benchmarks; and participate in decision making process as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models, providing insights from a financial perspective.

Requirement: A minimum of a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least one year of experience.
