Key Responsibilities:

Architect and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.

Lead financial planning, risk management, and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and foster company growth.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, audits, and investments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Direct fundraising initiatives and capital structure management, cultivating strong relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board of directors on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.

Spearhead the development of performance measures and monitoring systems to support the company's strategic direction and business plan.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) highly preferred.

10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or regtech industries.

Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and with executive teams.

Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements, with a track record of maintaining compliance and integrity in financial practices.
